Here's a quick summary:
3:30 p.m., 5.6 miles past Hyrum dam and into Paradise.
The heat was excruciating. I almost didn't survive. Seriously.
11:30 p.m., 4.9 miles through Morgan Valley
This was a blast running in the cool, dark night.
8:30 a.m., 5.1 miles through Kamas and Francis. I was tired. Very, very tired.
Scott(Socks) was a champ.
He ran 6.9 miles @5:30, 5.7 miles@ 2 a.m., 3.6 miles@ 11.
He was awesome. really, really awesome.
Macy was disappointed to hear we didn't win... but we did take 178th out of 560! That's good, right?

Yeah . . . you are alive! Congrats on the huge accomplishment . . . two years in a row. You guys are champs! Love that "sock" made an appearance again this year. Oh, I wish we could have gone. Next year we are in!!!
