Leo's Blog

I started Leo his own blog.
Some friends and family have asked how they can stay updated on what's going on. So here it is.

Hopefully I'll have a way to post while Leo and I are in SLC.
His due date is getting closer and I am trying to enjoy this life we have now.
I know it's going to change soon and I hope everyone (the kids) adjust o.k.
The last time we met with the Pediatric Cardiologist he told us,
"No matter how hard you think this is going to be, it's going to be harder."

Gulp and blink.

I could have used some more encouraging words, but I think he is trying to prepare us, which I appreciate.

And a big thanks for everyone's kind words and support!

Are you home? Because if you are I would love to bring you a big batch of chocolate chip cookies...are you? I think you are one amazing lady.

Amanda + family,

I am back in Logan for a minute and thought I would check on your cute blog. My heart is aching for you right now. I wish there was something we could do to lift you right now. You are an amazing wife and mother. You will have angels there to help you through. This quote came to mind as I read about you and your sweet baby:

Richard G. Scott: "Just when all seems to be going right, challenges often come in multiple doses applied simultaneously. When those trials are not consequences of your disobedience, they are evidence that the Lord feels you are prepared to grow more (see Proverbs 3:11-12). He therefore gives you experiences that stimulate growth, understanding, and compassion which polish you for your everlasting benefit. To get you where you are to where He wants you to be requires a lot of stretching, and that generally entails discomfort and pain. This life is an experience in profound trust-trust in Jesus Christ."

Love you all, Morton family! If I can do anything to help you during this great time of stretching and trusting, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Many, many, many prayers from all of us.

Hey – great blog, just looking around some blogs, seems a really nice platform you are using. I’m currently using WordPress for a few of my blogs but looking to change one of them over to a platform similar to yours as a trial run. Anything in particular you would recommend about it. grey fabric
