The Carnival Party for Macy's birthday was a lot of fun. There was face painting by Grandma Dedee, popcorn, carnival games, and prizes. We (Thanks Holly and mom) moved the party inside to the basement at the last minute (1/2 hour before the party started), because it looked and felt like rain. It was a bit crowded with 12 kids, plus the games and the adults running the games. I was a little frazzled and didn't get any pictures inside. It turned out to be nice, so we had cake and presents outside.

Fun-fun. I may steal your idea for Ady's next B-day. Tell Polly she looks fab with star glasses on.
And about the car seat-as soon as she hit the weight limit we bought it. She would always take her arms out of the front facing, and I didn't feel like it was safe at all. She's been great about leaving this one on, but as soon as we stop she is very proud to unbuckle!
how fun!! You really know how to throw a great bash for the kiddies. lucky little Macy! (and Polly, she looked like she was having an awesome time too.)
